Our house in downtown Newnan was built in 1910. Over the years we have renovated the majority of it. One small bathroom and the laundry room could no longer be ignored. We called Edvin Painting & Remodeling for an estimate. Edvin was honest in his evaluation. He located one of the main issues which was rotted out under floor joists. His team went right to work totally gutting and renovating the two rooms. The end result is we now have a beautiful, updated bathroom and laundry room we can use with a level and stable floor. Edvin was totally upfront with costs, which were much more reasonable than other estimates we had received. It was so great to work with a truly local contractor, rather than waiting weeks to get an appointment with a big box store or out of area team. He and his team were friendly and nonintrusive. They arrived on time each day. We highly recommend this company.
We recently used Edvin Painting and Remodeling to update/replace some of the siding and doors on our house and shed, as well as paint the entire exterior and stain our deck. Edvin and his workers showed up on time, every time which is a big deal when it comes to having work done. We have dealt with other contractors who were unreliable, which drags out the length of the project, but with Edvin and his team that is not the case. They were all very punctual, polite and courteous. The cost was fair and reasonable. If anything was discovered that would add additional cost, Edvin was up front about it and he provided receipts for any additional materials he had to buy for the job. The quality of the work was good. If we found anything that we didn’t like the look of or had concerns about, it was always fixed to our satisfaction.
